The technique of construction by the “up-down” method makes it possible to reduce the schedule time of putting into service of a building owing to the combination of construction of the zero cycle with erection of overground storeys. It is shown that this method of construction makes it possible to construct under the building and to use the overground part simultaneously.

In the case of pressure for money it is advantageously for a developer to put the building into service in parts. Change of the sequence of erection of building’s structures changes the design scheme and demands to control the operation of elements at each stage of the zero cycle construction.
